Remote Content Advisor & Theological Review Lead

Social Media
We need Content Advisors to be our theological gatekeepers. You'll ensure every piece of content in our social platform—from news articles to user testimonies to creator videos—is biblically sound, doctrinally aligned, and edifying to the Body of Christ. You'll also build a systemic process for our content team to excel in their roles of protecting our community while occasionally onboarding new faith-based creators.
This isn't a "check the box" role. You're our first line of defense against false teaching, manipulation, and worldly compromise. You'll shape what thousands of believers consume daily.

Contract: 10-20 hours/week with growth potential as we scale.

● Review all submitted content (news feed, educational posts, creator videos) for
theological soundness
● Flag content that contradicts Scripture or promotes false doctrine
● Work with content strategist to approve/reject/revise submissions
● Develop theological review checklist for common issues
● Flag users who drift from biblical standards

Editorial Guidance (10-15% of time):
● Advise content team on how to address difficult topics biblically
● Develop theological frameworks for content categories
● Provide Scripture references and doctrinal guidance for "Reclaiming" educational series
● Help craft community guidelines around theology

Creator Onboarding & Check-In’s (5-10%)
● Ensure all users have the same set of content guidelines
● Once our creator program grows, create a system for onboarding and check-ins (post
MVP)

What You Bring

Required:
● Seminary degree or Bible school training (M.Div, ThM, or equivalent)
● 5+ years in ministry, teaching, theological content creation or related work

(non-negotiable)
● Clear communicator who can explain theological concerns concisely

● Digital fluency - comfortable reviewing content on TikTok, Instagram, Substack, video
platforms

Bonus:
● Experience in content moderation or editorial review
● Background in apologetics
● Understanding of faith-based media landscape
● Familiarity with common false teachings in digital spaces (prosperity gospel, Christian
nationalism, progressive Christianity, etc.)
● Multi-denominational awareness (can work across Reformed, Charismatic, Baptist, etc.
within evangelical framework)

Compensation
● Competitive for highly desirable candidates
● Start: Mid-January 2026
● 3-month initial engagement
