About this Role: 

As the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of growth marketing initiatives across Logos’ domestic and international markets. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on oversight, owning promotional planning, international performance, experimentation, and revenue impact across Logos.com and the Logos product portfolio. 

You will partner closely with Content, Marketing channel leaders, Product, Analytics, Creative, E-commerce, and Localization teams to scale effective growth programs, deepen customer engagement, and accelerate sustainable revenue growth. You will also directly manage and mentor a team of growth marketers, establishing strong processes, clear priorities, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for a growth leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, people leadership, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership
  • Own and evolve the domestic and international growth marketing strategy, aligned with company revenue goals and product priorities
  • Translate business objectives into actionable growth plans, campaign and promotions roadmaps, and measurable KPIs
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of growth marketers, providing ongoing feedback, mentorship, and career development
  • Set clear expectations, priorities, and workflows to support high performance and team capacity
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Content, and Product  teams to influence roadmap and prioritization
  • Provide vision and direction for the long-term development of international and growth programs
  • Act as key marketing stakeholder for Frontline publisher relations collaboration, alongside Content leadership

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Own the promotional calendar and oversee planning and execution of domestic and international campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and lifecycle channels
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for regional performance and revenue impact
  • Establish and maintain best practices for campaign workflows, documentation, & quality assurance
  • Provide strategic oversight of creative briefs, messaging frameworks, & merchandising recommendations
  • Guide experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, messaging optimization, segmentation strategies) 

Localization & Market Expertise

  • Own the localization strategy in partnership with regional, translation, and vendor partners
  • Manage localization vendors, budgets, and performance expectations
  • Ensure campaigns reflect local market needs, cultural nuances, and customer behaviors
  • Identify market-specific growth opportunities, automation opportunities, and scalable international programs to support long-term international growth

Performance & Insights
  • Define success metrics and dashboards to measure campaign and program performance
  • Analyze campaign and program performance to surface insights and opportunities
  • Communicate results, learnings, and recommendations clearly to leadership
  • Use data to drive continuous optimization and inform future growth strategies
  • Consistently partner with publishers to sharing marketing insights and growth opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Creative, Inbound, Marketing Operations, Channel Leaders, Content, and Analytics to scale high-quality execution
  • Collaborate with Content teams to align growth initiatives with launches and product adoption goals

  • Act as a key growth marketing voice in cross-functional planning and decision-making
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing
  • Proven experience leading international or multi-market marketing programs
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with operational excellence
  • Experience managing or mentoring marketers
  • Deep understanding of email, in-app, and lifecycle marketing channels
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to drive growth decisions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

The U.S. base hourly salary for this full-time position ranges from  $100k - $115K annually. Logos salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on each remote job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Note: Currently, we are able to hire in every state in the United States except for the District Of Columbia
