Lead Zoho Administrator

Why Work With Us?

Are you ready to be part of a remarkable story that spans over 120 years? At Blades Group LLC, we exist to glorify God by sharing His unique creation with the world and transforming communities through our natural road repair solutions.

We seek team members who see their work as a higher calling. Here, every task and interaction has deep significance. When you work with us, you are not just building systems; you will be able to make a real impact on people's lives.

We are guided by our core values:

  • We own our mistakes.
  • We work hard and it shows.
  • We overcome obstacles.
  • We believe people matter; everyone has innate value and is to be treated with dignity and respect.
  • We are better today than we were yesterday.

We are seeking

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Zoho Administrator who gets energy from helping a mission‑driven company scale—fast and with purpose. You align with our mission to glorify God by sharing His unique creation and transforming communities, and you see technology as a way to serve people.

You turn clear business goals into working systems on Zoho: applications, automations, and integrations that put the right data in the right place at the right time—so managers can manage, reps can sell, Marketing can invest wisely, Finance can close cleanly, and Operations can deliver on time. You also lead the technical side when we add or connect non‑Zoho software, making sure the architecture is sound, everything is documented, and it all fits our standards. You partner directly with the President and department leaders and keep work moving without drama, on a steady release rhythm.

If you’re a builder who owns the path from idea to adoption—unifying systems, automating the repeatable, enabling new capabilities for teams, and keeping releases calm and predictable—this will feel like home.

What You Bring!

  • You’ve built and run real systems on Zoho (CRM, low‑code apps, automations, reporting).
  • 5+ years building and administering Zoho One with a history of shipped outcomes.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems.
  • You turn business outcomes into clear plans. You can take “we need this result by this date” and return a scope, timeline, and a working solution.
  • You are both architect and builder. You design clean data models and integrations—and you can ship them yourself.
  • You keep projects on time. You plan realistically, manage scope, and hit dates without last‑minute chaos.
  • You make the numbers trustworthy. You define the metrics, build the dashboards, and reconcile them with Finance so we all look at one truth.
  • You document as you go. If you ship it, it’s understandable, supportable, and has a short how‑to for the team.
  • You know accounting integrations. You can evaluate options, keep systems in sync, and protect revenue recognition and AR.
  • You manage vendors well. You can scope a tight SOW, review line‑by‑line, enforce standards, and land external work without mess.
  • You protect security and IP. Least‑privilege access, audit trails, secrets in Vault, and contracts that keep our code and ideas ours.
  • You work across functions. Sales, Marketing, Finance/RevOps, Operations, HR—you can sit with any leader, hear the goal, and deliver the system.
  • You bring calm to releases. Test safely, release on a steady cadence, and keep status simple for the business to follow.
  • You bring fresh perspective. You’ll spot gaps we don’t see, speak up, and make us better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the platform. Architect, configure, build, and maintain our Zoho stack (core CRM, low‑code apps, automations, reporting). Keep it clean, fast, and reliable.
  • Unify systems. Make Zoho and any connected tools work as one platform with shared, accurate data and clear handoffs.
  • Automate what matters. Design automations that remove manual work, reduce errors, and speed up cycle times.
  • Enable new capabilities. Deliver tools and workflows that let teams operate in ways they couldn’t before.
  • Integrate what matters. Keep accounting, data providers, and other tools in sync. Document mappings, log failures, alert on issues, and reconcile regularly.
  • Lead external implementations. When we use non‑Zoho software, act as the technical lead—set the standards, own the architecture and documentation, and ensure the work fits our system.
  • Make the numbers usable. Define the metric catalog and build one dashboard leaders trust for pipeline, attribution, and operational health.
  • Document everything that ships. Diagrams, field definitions, process notes, and short how‑tos—so anyone can support and use what we build.
  • Run a steady cadence. Keep work visible, ship on a predictable release train, and publish a one‑page weekly update the President can run the business from.
  • Protect security and access. Set roles, review permissions quarterly, store secrets properly, and keep audit trails for changes.
  • Support every department. Standardize processes and handoffs across Sales, Marketing, Finance/Revenue Operations, Operations, and HR so teams move faster with fewer errors.
  • Live the mission and values. Build systems that help us serve customers well, steward resources wisely, and reflect our commitment to impacting communities and glorifying God through our work.
