Job Overview
Are you passionate about building and engaging audiences with content that captivates and drives action? Do you excel at creating and executing strategies that turn insights into impactful results?
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help us expand our reach and impact among church leaders. In this role, you’ll craft strategies to distribute and optimize content that equips pastors and church leaders, helping them grow while advancing our mission.
You’ll oversee how we engage pastors across social media, email, blogs, video, and paid ads—ensuring our content is not only memorable but also delivers measurable outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to meet an audience where they are and can build clear roadmaps that connect content to growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy:
- Build a comprehensive strategy that aligns content with business goals and audience needs.
- Identify opportunities to create and distribute content that drives engagement, lead generation, and our members success.
- Audience Engagement:
- Develop content roadmaps for multiple platforms—social media, email, video, blogs, and ads.
- Use data and audience insights to craft messaging that speaks to pastors’ struggles and inspires action.
- Content Distribution:
- Create workflows to distribute content effectively across channels.
- Ensure each piece of content reaches the right audience in the right format at the right time.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with contractors and creatives to ensure high-quality, timely content delivery.
- Provide clear briefs, campaign goals, and feedback to guide content creation.
- Performance and Revenue Impact:
- Track content performance and create reports to show impact on engagement and revenue.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance insights and business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in content marketing, social media, or related fields.
- Proven ability to create and oversee content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Experience managing multi-platform strategies, including email, social media, and paid ads.
- Familiarity with SEO and blog optimization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Empathy for pastors and church leaders, with a passion for helping them grow.
