Your Role:

  • Customer Hero: Build and nurture strong relationships with our customers, delivering personalized experiences that exceed their needs and drive loyalty.
  • Success Architect: Develop and implement strategies to help customers achieve their goals, ensuring they get the most out of our products and services.
  • Problem Ninja: Identify and tackle potential issues before they become major headaches, providing proactive support and guidance.
  • Growth Guru: Be ready to reach out to warm and cold leads shared with you. Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer growth and retention, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Insight Master: Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to propel customer success and drive business growth.
  • Tech Whiz: Become an expert in our tech solutions and guide customers through each user interface like a pro!

Your Key Objectives:

  • Onboarding star: Onboard new customers and ensure a seamless transition to our product or service working with our tech team, setting them up for success from day one and after.
  • Customer Coach: Provide personalized guidance, support, and strategic advice to help customers achieve their desired outcomes and get the most out of our solutions.
  • Success Strategist: Develop and implement customized customer success plans, ensuring customers receive top-notch service and support.
  • Collaboration Master: Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve overall customer experience, and drive business growth.
  • Target Crusher: Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and revenue goals, consistently delivering exceptional results. Get paid more for your exceptional performance.
  • Solution Expert: Become a master of our solutions, able to guide customers through them with ease and confidence.
  • Lead Closer: Make cold outreach and warm lead closing a breeze, identifying new opportunities and driving growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a tech related field
  • Can in good conscience adhere to our Statement of Faith: https://shilohcode.com/creed
  • Must have a strong passion for all things open-source, privacy, and the outdoors
  • Extrovert that thrives on follow up, scheduling, and being in lots of interesting meetings
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willing to work in PST hours
  • Experience with customer success tools and software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Plus if you are into any outdoor recreation activities, homesteading, off-grid
