Growth Strategy & Lifecycle Management
  • Define and execute the product growth vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a focus on customer acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and revenue growth.
  • Own the growth lifecycle from acquisition through activation, engagement, retention, and monetization, identifying opportunities to improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Use market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, including new markets, pricing and packaging strategies, monetization opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Translate growth opportunities into clear product strategies and prioritized initiatives that can be executed across teams.
Experimentation & Analytics
  • Lead a continuous experimentation program, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimize onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Define, track, and optimize key growth and business metrics, using data to understand funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use product analytics, behavioral data, and customer insights to develop hypotheses, inform decisions, and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
  • Establish a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making across the product organization.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights into growth opportunities, market dynamics, customer behavior, and business performance.
  • Mentor and coach Product Managers, helping strengthen strategic thinking, product execution, experimentation, and data fluency.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Finance teams to align product and go-to-market strategies and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring teams remain aligned around clear goals and measurable outcomes.
