In support of this focus, the Senior Azure Cloud Engineer is heavily engaged in the design, builds, and implementations of technology solutions in a very collaborative environment.</div><ul><li>Collaborate directly with Development/Software Engineering and other technical and non-technical stakeholders in the design, testing, integration, and implementation of cloud hosted solutions.</li><li>Test and implement standards/design patterns to ensure compatibility and integration in cloud environments</li><li>Contribute to the evolution of the software development lifecycle through technology enhancements supporting continuous delivery/continuous integration pipeline</li><li>Identify, test, and implement enhancements and automation capabilities for data migrations, security best practices, environment builds, and operational management standards</li><li>Provide leadership to engineering resources with respect to emerging cloud technologies and supporting resources.</li><li>Serve as lead engineering resource on proofs of concept and projects that are leveraging cloud technologies</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems</li><li>Build and maintain relationships across departments</li><li>Demonstrate broad knowledge of technology principles, practices, and procedures</li><li>As a technical expert, provide guidance and make recommendations on changes required throughout the design, testing, and implementation process</li><li>Work with management, architects, and engineers to develop artifacts</li><li>Self-manage in a way that allows flexibility to support multiple projects at any given time</li><li>Support the development of a structured, standardized, and consolidated set of services that optimally support business processes and applications</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Who you are</strong></div><ul><li>BS degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>7+ years of overall IT experience</li><li>4+ years’ experience with Azure Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Containerization) services and solutions required</li><li>2+ years’ experience with AWS and/or GCP Cloud platforms a plus</li><li>Advanced understanding of infrastructure technologies – Server (MS Windows, Linux), data store (RDBMS and NoSQL), network, storage, security, and management technologies</li><li>Strong scripting and IaC capabilities (PowerShell, Python, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible) required</li><li>Experience orchestrating build and deploy processes in platforms like Azure DevOps a plus</li><li>Experience with Enterprise Service Bus platforms like Boomi and MuleSoft a plus</li><li>Experience designing patterns and performance tuning of integrated enterprise workflows</li><li>Experience with IT transformation - data center consolidations and migration</li><li>Proficient in problem solving, database, application servers, and application design and testing</li><li>Good organizational, task, and project management skills</li><li>Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work across diverse technical and non-technical teams</li><li>ITIL (foundational level, but exposure to more detail than foundation is often necessary)</li><li>Experience working in and securing environments meeting PCI DSS 3.x a plus</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Benefit offerings designed to promote a life of balance! &nbsp;</strong></div><div>At Ministry Brands, we recognize that your career is just one important piece of your dynamic life.
