About the Role
Let's Talk Life, Faith & Following Jesus is building a professional-level podcast rooted in a successful livestream on the Salt Dating App - Table. I am seeking a scrappy, creative Production Lead who can take ownership of the backend of podcast production and overall operations.

This person will be the backbone of our production process, bringing technical expertise and a passion for Jesus-centered content. This is a foundational leadership role, but it’s also highly execution-focused in the early stage: you’ll personally manage the day-to-day production tasks until the podcast generates enough traction and revenue to build the team behind you.

I’m looking for someone who is energized by making things happen behind the scenes—someone who loves driving results and shaping a brand but has no desire to be on camera or the public face of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and scale: Record, edit, and publish weekly podcast episodes (multi-camera, multi-channel audio).
  • Grow the brand: Build and scale the YouTube channel to 100K+ subscribers, optimizing for SEO and engagement.
  • Monetize: Build revenue streams through sponsorships, partnerships, and merchandise to $10K/month within 12 months.
  • Marketing & growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow audience across YouTube, podcast platforms, email, and social media.
  • Digital presence: Direct the creation of the website and integrated brand platforms.
  • Systems & leadership: Build scalable systems for production and operations; recruit and oversee team members once growth allows.
  • Strategy execution: Translate big-picture goals into actionable steps and remove roadblocks as we scale.

Qualifications
  • Highly aligned with Gospel mission and passionate about Jesus-centered content.
  • Proven success in growing a YouTube channel by over 100K+ subscribers and/or a podcast with 5,000–10,000+ downloads per episode.
  • Experience generating $10K+/month in sponsorship revenue.
  • Strong technical skills in video production, multi-channel audio, editing, and distribution.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, analytics, and optimization for YouTube and podcast platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and resourceful; able to produce excellent content with limited resources.
  • Comfortable with a revenue-share model and investing time or resources in the early stage.

Because this is a revenue-share opportunity, I'm looking for someone willing to bet on their work ethic and invest the time to learn and master every aspect of the role.

First 90-Day Success Metrics
I am looking for measurable wins in the first three months, including:
  • Successful launch campaign: A coordinated, multi-platform campaign that builds anticipation and drives strong downloads and views from day one.
  • YouTube subscriber growth: Achieve 2,500–5,000 subscribers by the end of the first 90 days of the channel launch.
  • Brand voice: Establish a consistent and compelling brand voice for all social platforms, with a clear content calendar in place.
  • Foundational infrastructure: Production systems, upload schedule, and basic analytics/tracking are set up and running smoothly.

Long-Term Success Metrics (12–24 Months)
  • 100K+ YouTube subscribers (within 18–24 months).
  • Average 25–50K views per episode on YouTube.
  • Average 10–20K podcast downloads per episode across platforms.
  • Social media presence growing toward 50–100K followers combined across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
  • $10K+/month in revenue within 12 months


Compensation & Commitment
  • This is a revenue-share model position and will be unpaid until revenue begins. You and your department will be the first to be funded and paid as revenue starts to come in. As the host, I will only receive a paycheck once the show is profitable and all necessary production resources are secured.
  • You will be asked to invest your time in the short term. You may opt to use your personal production equipment. 
  • Time commitment: Average of 12–20 hours per week during the first 6 months as we launch and scale the podcast.
  • Hybrid role: Remote flexibility with the requirement to be on-site in the Greater Phoenix area during recording days.


About the Show Host (Mary Gazda)
My name is Mary Gazda, and I am a disciple-maker devoted to restoring sons and daughters to the King’s table through relational discipleship, curriculum development, and storytelling. I come with over a decade of experience in para-church and non-profit ministry. I also worked with the largest Christian media company in the world, giving me a unique perspective on how to engage audiences with Gospel-centered content.

I offer discipleship coaching in individual and group settings, creating safe spaces for reflection, growth, and deeper connection with God. I have built a strong audience hosting livestream events on the Table Platform (through Salt Dating App), where I am a master facilitator and host—skilled at guiding meaningful and engaging conversations with guests. These livestreams have created a built-in audience and strong connections, but their reach is limited to the platform.

To expand the impact and reach larger groups, I am looking to launch a professional podcast. I bring the vision, guests, and relationships to make it happen, but need a strategic partner who can build the backend infrastructure and focus on growth, allowing me to concentrate on my strengths—teaching, content creation, and building relationships.
