Who You Are

1. An experienced video editor (3-5 years) with an eye for detail and appreciation for efficient processes.
2. Proficient in the Adobe Creative Software Suite, with expertise in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
3. Passionate about maintaining highly structured and organized digital production environments.
4. Able to manage multiple schedules to meet deliverable deadlines.
5. Collaborative and communicative; able to navigate multiple projects across multiple teams.
6. Innovative and able to adapt to changing industry trends and developments.

Your future team 

• You’d join the Media Production team, which includes two other Multimedia Production Specialists.
• You’d collaborate across departments, especially Editorial and Teaching, to ensure publication of media content.
• You’d play a key role in ensuring timeliness of production, consistency of standards, and organization of digital assets.

Requirements for the role 

• Ability to adhere to our affirmation of faith. 
• Able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship. 
• Desiring God is a hybrid workplace located in Minneapolis, MN, however we are prioritizing talent over location for this role.
• This position is eligible for full-time benefits, including medical, dental, life, LTD, and 401k match.
• Salary range for this position is $55k – $65k, commensurate with experience.
