Remote Senior Data Analyst (Data & Reporting Analyst IV)

Are you passionate about uncovering insights that shape strategy and presenting them in a way that inspires action? At Ligonier Ministries, we’re looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Analytics & Information Management (AIM) team within the Technology & Innovation Department (T&I). This is a senior role for an analytics expert with the engineering depth to occasionally support the data pipelines that power their work. As part of AIM, you’ll transform organizational data into trustworthy, real-time intelligence that advances Ligonier’s mission. From designing intuitive Power BI dashboards to architecting secure, automated data solutions, you’ll help decision-makers see clearly and act confidently. And when bottlenecks arise, your flexibility to step into data engineering ensures progress doesn’t stall at critical moments.

The pay range for this position is $105,000 – $118,000 annually. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
