The Business Analyst is responsible for acting as the crucial link between a client’s vision and the technical execution of a project. They translate business goals into clear, actionable specifications, ensuring that the team builds the right solutions the right way. This role is for strategic thinkers who enjoy problem-solving and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Product Owners to ensure product vision and client goals are clearly articulated.
Drive clarity by converting high-level ideas into well-defined user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Lead conversations with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and break down complex ideas.
Translate business needs into actionable technical tasks for the development team.
Ensure features align with the product roadmap and client expectations.
Build a deep understanding of end users to guide user acceptance testing (UAT).
Create alignment between Product Owner, developers, and testers.
Help track and refine success metrics throughout the development lifecycle.

Experience:

Strong experience leading software architecture design, hands-on development, and end-to-end testing, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and quality.
Proven track record of converting high-level ideas into well-defined user stories and functional specifications.
Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies.
Experience in leading conversations with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Strong collaboration skills to manage expectations of many stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
