The follow up will identify prospects to proactively maintain relationships and program limitations to be considered as part of program development</li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned</li></ul><div><br><strong>Requirements (knowledge, skills, and abilities)</strong></div><ul><li>Initiative-taker who requires minimal supervision who also knows when to engage other team members&nbsp;</li><li>Effective at collaborating with cross functional team members&nbsp;</li><li>Identifies opportunities to improve processes and presentations</li><li>Effective at establishing rapport and trust with client prospects</li><li>Effective at engaging clients to understand their ministry, fundraising and how their ministry will benefit as a client</li><li>Effective communications skills including presentations, personal selling, and written skills</li><li>Effective at asking for and securing client commitments</li><li>Effectively uses technology including Word, Excel, Gmail, Google drive, Google Doc, Google sheets and CRM systems<br><br></li></ul><div><strong>Experience</strong></div><ul><li>2+ years of business development sales experience</li><li>3-5 years of non-profit direct response fundraising experience</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred</li><li>Experience with Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides), CRM systems, Zoom, Slack.&nbsp; Demonstrated proficiency a plus</li></ul>
