Education/Work Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Work Experience
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in nonprofit, ministry, or mission-driven
organizations.
• Proven experience designing campaign elements for many media: print, email, digital, social ads,
websites, and video etc.

materials.
Required Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with print production processes and digital design best practices.
Job Summary:
World Impact is seeking a mission-driven Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content that supports our ministry’s goal of empowering urban leaders and transforming communities through the Gospel. Their creative work will be vital in inspiring generosity and strengthening ministry partnerships.
This role will shape our visual identity across digital and print platforms, helping communicate our message with clarity, creativity, and consistency.
Primary Areas of Focus
• Donor & Program Communications (75%) Design engaging visual content for donor, ministry partner, and organizational communications, including print collateral, email campaigns, social media assets, digital ads, landing pages, and website materials.
• Team Collaboration & Planning (15%) Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments
through regular meetings, project planning, and creative brainstorming to ensure alignment and timely delivery of design assets.
• Spiritual & Professional Development (5%) Participate in opportunities for spiritual growth and professional development, including company devotionals, training sessions, and ministry events.
• Brand Stewardship (5%) Maintain and champion World Impact’s branding guidelines across all design work, ensuring consistency and clarity in visual communication.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand design needs and project goals.

brand identity.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming and campaign development sessions.
• Participate in spiritual formation and team-building activities.
• Organize work effectively, prioritize objectives, and exercise independent judgment in alignment with
organizational culture and policies.
• Take initiative in identifying design needs and proposing innovative visual solutions that align with
campaign goals and ministry impact.
Operational
• Design visual content for donor communications, including multi-channel fundraising campaigns (emails, mailers, social media, digital ads, landing pages, etc.).
• Design cohesive program assets tailored for various platforms and events, including print and digital marketing materials, brochures, flyers, signage, and banners
• Contribute to the development of visual strategies and creative direction for campaigns and initiatives.
• Maintain and promote consistency in brand guidelines across all media.
• Organize and manage design assets, templates, and project files.
• Prepare print and digital materials for production and vendor delivery and batch exports.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce high-quality, mission-aligned designs.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creative output.
