Remote Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our visibility and engagement with churches across the nation. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a heart for the mission of local churches.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies including social media campaigns, email marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Generate engaging content for various platforms that resonates with our target audiences.
• Work with graphic designers and other team members to oversee the layout of content, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional material.
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Assist in managing the Heychurch.co website.
• Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb communication and writing skills with the ability to market our services effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software (e.g., CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.).
• Experience with content management systems, social media management, and email marketing tools.
• Ability to multi-task and handle various projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
