Who We Are (Organizational Style and Work Culture)

The Full Circle operates in partnership with leaders around the world, across multiple time zones. Because of this global mission, we are not structured like a traditional 9–5 organization. Our team is highly responsive, mission-driven, and committed to staying engaged — even outside of standard work hours — in a way that supports our international partners and keeps momentum moving.

This does not mean being online 24/7. It does mean being attentive, approachable, and willing to acknowledge messages (even briefly) when time-sensitive needs arise, or simply let the team know, "I'll circle back first thing Monday." We value healthy rhythms, rest, and vacation time — and we also value responsiveness, ownership, and forward motion that matches the urgency and passion of our mission.
