Including increasing client-side performance and accessibility.</li><li>Tackling bugs post-release.</li><li>Strategizing building out the <em>right</em> features for apps vs web.</li><li>Integrating new features into a non-react front-end codebase. So experience integrating React with legacy code and understanding of using portals will be a big help here.</li></ul><div><br><strong>YOU'LL NEED</strong>:</div><ul><li>At least two years experience using React Native and a great understanding of its inner-workings and quirks.</li><li>Experience releasing apps to the app stores and an understanding of their setups, requirements, and approval cycles.</li><li>To understand node, Webpack, and babel (beyond just using create-react-app).</li><li>To love javascript, es6+, node and all things in that world.</li><li>Experience and comfort developing functional components and hooks. We won't be using class-based components at all.</li><li>To understand reducers, context, and state and the lifecycle of react components.</li><li>Taste! React Native Developer

<div>This person will be responsible for the design of user interfaces for our in-house and consumer-facing applications while working as part of the UX team. This person will be working extensively with our software development team and will be an integral part of a team of designers that report directly to the Creative Director. To work best with our team, this person is required to work from our office in McKinney, TX.
