Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests to meet CCU's unique business needs.</li><li>Work with the Communications &amp; Creative Services team to create communication plans to support various departments.</li><li>Manage the totality of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem from the implementation of new features to support of end-users to ensure high adoption levels of functionality and features.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, define, and document requirements for program enhancements and system changes.</li><li>Use ticketing system to record, classify, and resolve client incidents and service requests. Provide application users with technical support where needed.</li><li>Build and manage data extensions and audience segmentation; track email performance and develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Seek opportunities for automation and improvement of current processes, resulting in efficiencies. Stay current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases and evaluate new features as they are deployed, and maintain strong knowledge of best practices. Gather and analyze business requirements for changes and enhancements.</li><li>Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases, and long-term projects.</li><li>Support user adoption, deliver training, and help maximize the platform’s value to the organization.</li><li>Complete other duties as assigned.</li></ol><div><br><strong>Work Environment</strong><br><br>While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to walk, stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, speak with clarity, and have appropriate vision and hearing capabilities. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. You will be required to work occasional irregular hours, including some nights and weekends. Pay will be assigned based on relevant experience at a range of $65,000 - $80,000 annually. Must have a strong sense of calling to the ministry of Colorado Christian University.</li><li>Regularly attend and be engaged in meaningful involvement in a Bible-believing evangelical local church.
