Video Producer & Editor

<div>The Video Editor will be responsible for the post-production (organizing, assembling, sequencing, and finishing video assets) of Ascension’s video-based projects and promotional materials. The Video Editor would be expected to take direction from project directors and managers, as well as offer their own creative input to each edit. Many video edits will require some level of motion graphics, sound design, and color grading. Occasional production days will require the employee to be on set operating camera/sound or DIT/data wrangling as part of a crew. <div>Summary of Role<br>The Tech Director is responsible for all areas of audio, video, lighting (AVL), and production functions of Element Church. The ideal candidate will possess extensive training and/or education in audio/video production.<br>The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training and scheduling a volunteer team to run the audio/video equipment for Element Church. Attention to detail and good communication skills are a must for this role.<br><br>Primary Responsibilities of This Position<br>• Weekend commitment for production during weekend services<br>• Hands-on leader who can oversee video production for worship services, live streaming, editing, and uploading to website.<br>• Relationship builder who can recruit, train, develop and schedule a team of volunteers for AVL team. Production Director

Video Editing Manager

<div>TBN is searching for a Motion Graphics Video Editor for online content, specialized in creative expressions appropriate for the digital audience, to join our growing Digital Platforms team. The Motion Graphics Video Editor will be responsible for editing exclusive content for TBN and its various digital platforms. This position will report to the Director of TBN Digital Networks.</div><div>The ideal candidate has a modern and digital-first editing style, and is a strong storyteller.</div><div><br><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></div><ul><li>Creative video editing specifically for social media channels (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).</li><li>Motion graphics.</li><li>Media handling.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of finished content that aligns with the ministry goals, brand voice, and creative vision of TBN.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Qualifications/Requirements</strong></div><ul><li>Minimum 4 years of professional video editing experience.</li><li>Detailed working knowledge of Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects.</li><li>Passion for creating impactful and sharable content for our online audience.</li><li>Experience with layering effects and alpha channel graphics.</li><li>Expert time and project management skills to handle multiple assignments and complete complex jobs under deadline pressure.</li><li>Strong ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced daily TV environment while maintaining production standards and efficiency.</li><li>Meticulous attention to quality, detail and project organization.</li><li>Great working knowledge of finishing, formats, frame rates and codecs.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Preferred Skills/Experience</strong></div><ul><li>Experience working with other social media video platforms.
