Full Stack Engineer (Flutter, Mobile & Web)

<div>We're looking for a talented, mission-aligned UI/UX Product Designer to help shape the look, feel, and experience of FaithOnline. You'll own design across our iOS and Android mobile app as well as our web-based platforms, including the internal CMS and admin tools our team uses to run FaithOnline day to day. You'll work closely with engineering to bring screens to life with pixel precision, and with product and leadership to make sure every flow serves formation, connection, and growth rather than distraction.</div><div>We move fast, learn fast, and adjust fast. UI/UX Product Designer

<div>As our <strong>Senior Web Designer</strong>, you will lead Tithely's website design and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts to create digital experiences that help churches discover the tools they need to grow and sustain their ministry. By combining exceptional web design with continuous experimentation and data-driven optimization, you'll improve customer acquisition, increase free-to-paid conversion, and help more churches benefit from technology that enables them to simply serve.</div><div><br><strong>Primary Responsibilities of the Role</strong><br>Conversion Optimization &amp;
