In this role, the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator supports the mission of the University through the administration of Marketing Cloud resources to provide prospects and current students with outstanding engagement as they work to fulfill their educational goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop, document, and implement journeys utilizing Journey Builder and sync data between Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.</li><li>Function as an institutional expert on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for various business units and departments. Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests to meet CCU's unique business needs.</li><li>Work with the Communications &amp; Creative Services team to create communication plans to support various departments.</li><li>Manage the totality of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem from the implementation of new features to support of end-users to ensure high adoption levels of functionality and features.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, define, and document requirements for program enhancements and system changes.</li><li>Use ticketing system to record, classify, and resolve client incidents and service requests. Provide application users with technical support where needed.</li><li>Build and manage data extensions and audience segmentation; track email performance and develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Seek opportunities for automation and improvement of current processes, resulting in efficiencies. Stay current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases and evaluate new features as they are deployed, and maintain strong knowledge of best practices.
