This means solving problems the best way - not necessarily the easiest way - and being quick to throw out solutions that aren’t the best.</li><li><strong>Technical Minded.</strong> You are passionate about React and have a strong knowledge of best-practices (<em>and</em> when to ditch them).</li><li><strong>Continually Improving.</strong> Building on your experience, you are constantly looking to fill gaps, iterate, and level up.</li><li><strong>Humble Natured.</strong> You collaborate with teammates with love and respect knowing that we’re in this together.</li></ul><div><br>YOU’LL NEED:</div><ul><li>Experience developing complex React applications, with expertise beyond static websites. You should have a deep understanding of React architecture, state management, and performance optimization.</li><li>A deep understanding of the React component lifecycle.</li><li>Expert knowledge of React's state management ecosystem - from Context and reducers to modern alternatives.</li><li>A strong knowledge and love for all things CSS and how to bend it - using both vanilla CSS and CSS-in-JS.</li><li>Taste! We often don't have pixel-perfect mockups, so we'll be relying on some of your great ideas to make things easy to use and look amazing. You love to apply just the right amount of UI animation to give your work that extra layer of polish.</li><li>A desire to iterate and improve your UI until it’s the best it can be, including egoless participation in collaborative design reviews &amp; iterations.</li><li>Bonus points if you have experience with…<ul><li>Motion.dev (formerly Framer Motion).</li><li>Cross-client email design and understanding differences in HTML layout and compatibility issues for various email clients.</li><li>React Native.</li><li>Relational data models.</li><li>Configuring and optimizing Webpack, Babel, and Node.js environments.</li></ul></li></ul><div><br>All positions are full-time (remote/work-from-home) positions with salary and benefits.</div>
