Reports to: Director of Creative

Type: Full-Time - Remote

Scope: We are seeking a Christ-loving, innovative senior designer to support the Creative Director in developing design and crafting concepts for both internal and external communications. Utilize your skills and life to increase your service to Jesus Christ by working alongside us in saving babies and souls.

A Little About Us: PreBorn! is a national grant-maker exclusively for pregnancy clinics across the U.S. (and a few beyond)! We empower clinics through providing training, consultation, and equipment to help rescue babies and bring mothers and their families to the saving knowledge of Christ.

Qualifications

Required:

Personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
Agreement with, and adherence to, PreBorn!’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct
100% Pro-Life
Willingness to intercede before God for the ministry of PreBorn!
5+ years professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and executional excellence
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Experience working within established brand systems
Minimum of two years’ experience in creative strategy

Preferred

Web design
Motion graphics or video editing experience
Experience in faith-based or mission-driven organizations

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution

Concept and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, and experiential platforms
Translate strategic briefs into visually compelling solutions
Maintain and evolve brand standards across all touchpoints
Produce high-quality design assets including:
- Campaign graphics
- Print collateral
- Digital ads
- Email graphics
- Social graphics
- Event branding
- Presentation decks
Ensure all work is production-ready and aligned with brand guidelines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Strategic Contribution

Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and leadership
Participate in campaign planning and ideation sessions
Offer proactive design solutions, not just reactive execution

Maintain organized file structures and documentation
Ensure projects stay on timeline and within scope
