Founder's Associate/Executive Associate

<div>The Director of Translations will lead the translation of Tim Keller’s sermons and other Gospel in Life (GinL) content into multiple languages, ensuring theological fidelity, linguistic excellence, cultural sensitivity and operational scalability. This role combines editorial judgment, people leadership, and systems thinking while overseeing both in-house staff and a large network of professional freelance translators, reviewers and volunteers.</div><div><br>This is a senior leadership role for someone with a deep understanding of linguistics, who has experience translating published material, manages both people and projects well, and is open to using technology (including AI) responsibly to help with efficiency.</div><div><br>The Gospel in Life team operates on a hybrid working schedule. This role is required to be onsite at our Flatiron NYC office three days per week, usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Relocation expenses can be discussed.
