Your Key Responsibilities:

As our Operations Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving our company's success. Your key responsibilities will include:

Financial Mastery: Own our financial operations, ensuring seamless payments, and collaborating with our finance team to resolve any issues. Your expertise will keep our financial engine running smoothly.
Project Leadership: Spearhead project planning, execution, and delivery, guaranteeing timely, on-budget, and top-notch results that exceed expectations.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in operations management or a related field
Proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A passion for building a decentralized, open-source alternative to the existing tech ecosystem
